Do I need a USA Judo or USJF membership?
A USA Judo membership will be required for our members for insurance purposes. Due some recent changes in reciprocity between the two bodies, we have decided to register our club under USA Judo and cannot accept USJF insurance at this point. Please speak to one of our club officers or sensei for more information.
What should I bring to class?
Your Judo gi and belt (you can purchase one from us if this is your first time in Judo), a water bottle, and slippers.
Do you sell judo gis?
We proudly sell white HSU Judo gis at the club. They are custom embroidered with our club name in kanji characters.
Please let us know if you would be interest in purchasing blue judo gis. Lead time for custom gi ordering and embroidery is around 2 weeks.
What are your class times?
Please refer to the "Calendar" tab for up to date information on our class schedules, as well as upcoming tournaments and dojo events!
How can I register for classes?
Please fill out our intake form, which can be found on the "Online Registration and Fees" page. We will need to have waivers signed and submitted at your first class.
How can I pay for membership dues?
We can accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), checks as well as payments through Zelle. Please make checks payable to "Sekai Judo Club". For Zelle payments, please send them to treasurer@sekaijudo.org
